Thunder City Derby Sirens participated in the Domestic Abuse Council of Volusia County, Inc Purple Parade Saturday morning!
October 16, 2014, we will be looking for skaters, referees and non-skating officials! Skaters and Refs must be 18+.
Admission is free and we have loaner gear (pads, skates, etc) if you don’t have your own. NO SKATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Five minutes. Doesn’t sound like a long time. That is until you have to skate 27 laps of a roller derby track within that time. Then 5 minutes feels like unending, lung burning torture. I have come to almost enjoy the 27 in 5 since upgrading my skates, getting fitter and FINALLY reaching the target!
